That is because humans are not perfect. And hmm I guess we tend to try to hard. When we fail, we tend to get disappointed. Conclusion, try not to try too hard and follow the flow? Have less expectations to avoid great disappointment? But don't give, keep trying and learning until it is "perfect".

I also make stupid costly mistakes. Could be far worse than anyone. But from there I learn to submit to God and forgive myself, move on and learn from my mistakes.
